We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee within the US domestically. If you wish to return the product, keep the original shipping package, contact us at hello@wheekypets.com and we will reply with a shipping label free of charge. For this we offer a 100% refund, including shipping.
Note that refunds will not be given for items marked "undeliverable" or "refused".
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
